===Access Changes===

All requests for card access changes need to be sent to [[buildingaccess@olin.edu]].

If you require access to an area that you do not currently have access to, please have the party that "owns" or is responsible for the space make the request.

===Lost Cards===

If you lose your Olin ID card, please contact [[helpdesk@olin.edu]] or [[buildingaccess@olin.edu]] so that your lost card can be disabled. To receive a replacement card, please visit the IT Help Desk (Campus Center 300) during normal open hours to receive a replacement ID card. For students, a $30 lost ID card fee will be applied to your term bill.

===Defective Cards===

If your ID card has stopped working on doors or in the dining hall, please visit the IT Help Desk (Campus Center 300) for a replacement. There is no fee to replace an ID card that has stopped working due to normal wear-and-tear.
