As with all other applications, we recommend that you uninstall any existing versions of Design Expert

1. IE users may click on the following link to begin the Design Expert 9 software installation, for any browser you will need to copy & paste it into the Run box (Windows Key + R): \\fsvs01\Applications\Public\netapps\StatEase\DesignExpert9\dx9-setup.msi
2. Click Run in the Open File – Security Warning window
3. Click Next in the Welcome screen
4. Accept license terms, click Next to continue
5. Click Next to install into the default directory

1. Uncheck Launch Registration page
2. Set how often you want the software to check for updates
   1. Default is daily
   2. Click Next
3. Click Install
4. Click yes to any UAC prompts that may appear
5. Click Finish in the Installation Completed window
   1. Leave installer checkbox marked to launch software when setup exits

1. Upon launching the software will ask you how it should be activated
2. Select Network License
   1. Click OK
3. Enter license server name: netapp01.olin.edu
   1. Click OK
