Once this installation is complete, you will need to contact the helpdesk prior to running the application to obtain the serial number.

• IE users may click on the following link to begin the installation process, for other browsers you will need to copy & paste it into the Run or Search box of your Start Menu:

1. Select your Language preference
2. Click on Install Sibelius 6
3. Click Next at the Welcome Screen
4. Accept the license agreement, click Next
5. Click Next at the Select Start Menu Folder screen
6. Click Install and the installation will begin to copy files
7. Click Finish
8. The first time you run the application, you will be required to enter a serial number.
   1. Contact Diana Dabby for this number.
9. Next, select Network installation using Sibelius License Server.
10. Server Name: NETAPP01.OLIN.EDU:7312

and the server name to obtain a network license. Enter the info as listed:

1. Click on Install Scorch
2. Click Next at the Welcome screen
3. Select I Agree at the License Agreement and click Next
4. Click Next at the installation folder screen
5. Click Next at the confirmation screen
6. Click Close

1. Click on Install ProtoScore Lite
2. Click Next at the Welcome screen
3. Click Next to agree to license agreement
4. Enter your name and Olin College at the registration screen, click Next
5. Click Next to install to default location or browse to choose alternate location
6. Click Next on installation screen
7. Click Finish
8. If prompted for a GhostScript Install, follow the onscreen instructions to install.

You may run the following registry patch to have the license server updated automatically for you: \\Fsvs01\applications\Public\netapps\Sibelius\sibeliusLM.reg

Press Yes on any UAC notifications you may receive.

Please note that if you are off campus you will first need to connect to Olin via VPN in order to run this registry patch
