Olin faculty, staff, and students can use our branded version of Zoom Video Conferencing at https://olin.zoom.us/. All Olin users are licensed for Pro licensing, which allows unlimited meetings up to 300 participants.

To host a group Zoom video meeting:

• Login to Olin Zoom using the Olin Zoom web interface to ensure that you have a Zoom profile initialized.
• Contact the Olin IT Helpdesk (x2430, helpdesk@olin.edu) to ensure that a Pro license is assigned to your profile. Please allow one business day for us to respond.
• Use the Olin Zoom web interface or the Zoom Desktop Client to create, schedule, and initiate your meeting.
