-Transferring files to and from the Jenzabar CX server requires the use of the SSH Secure File Transfer Client.

-  - Connect to the CX system as usual. 
-  - Click on the SSH Secure Shell window to bring it to the foreground. 
-  - From the menu bar, select **Window** > **New File Transfer**.
