-Note:  you must be connected to the Olin network via wired connection, wireless connection or via VPN connection ​

-  * Open the Start Menu (click on the Windows button on the bottom left of the screen) 
-  * Right click on **Computer** (right side of the start menu) and select Map Network Drive 
-  * For the Drive field, select from the available drive letters that are not already in use 
-  * For the Folder, type in the network address of the folder you want to map to

-    * \\fsvs01\Public 
-  * Sandbox 
-    * \\fsvs01\Sandbox 
-  * Faculty and Staff User Folder 
-    * \\fsvs01\Users\FacStaff\yourusername

-    * For exchange students, replace yourgraduationyear with Exchange, and for cross-registered students, replace it with CrossReg
