    - Select **File**   in the upper left hand corner
    - **Open and Export**→**Import/Export**→**Export to a file**→**Comma Separated Values(Windows)**
    - Click **Next**
    - Select **Contacts**
    - Name the File


    * TIP: Save it to your network folder for easy transfer to another machine

    - Select **File**   in the upper left hand corner
    - **Open & Export→Import/Export→Import from another program or file→Comma Separated Values(Windows)→Browse…**
    - Find and select your ''.CSV''   file
    - Select **Replace duplicates with items imported**
    - Select **Contacts** 


=== Gmail ===


    - Log In
    - Click **Google Apps** on the top right and select **Contacts**
    - Select **More→Import→CSV or vCard file**
    - Find and select your ''.CSV''   file
    - Select **Import**
