===== Importing an Email Archive (.PST) into Outlook 2016 =====

  * Click **File** in the top left hand corner of Outlook 2016
  * Click **Account Settings**
  * Click **Account Settings...** in the submenu
  * Select the **Data Files** tab
  * Select **Add...**
  * Browse to where your archive file is located. It should be of the .pst file type.
  * Select the file and click **OK.**
  * The Archive will now appear in the list of data files.
  * If you would like to change the display name of the archive you can select it from the list and click **Settings**.
  * Click **Close** on the Account Settings Window
  * The Archive should now appear in the Outlook Navigation Pane to your left. 
  * You may have to minimize some folders in your main mailbox to see it and or scroll down the Navigation Pane to access it.
