Nortel CallPilot v5.1 Installation
CallPilot provides the ability to listen to voicemail messages through your Microsoft Outlook email client in the form of an audio playback. CallPilot should be used to listen to voicemails only. Please continue to use your phone if you wish to use features such as forward and/or reply to messages received.
CallPilot Player Installation
Please ensure that Outlook is closed prior to running the installer
Simultaneously press the Windows key & R on your keyboard
Copy and paste the following link into the Run command dialog box:

Select OK to open the file at the warning popup window
Click Next at the Welcome Install Shield Wizard
Leave the Setup Type at the default (Audio Player and MWI Icon), click Next
Click Install at the Ready to Install the Program window
Select OK/Yes to open the file at any warning or popup windows
Once the installation has completed, click Finish
If you have not changed your password you will need to change your password before configuring CallPilot. Appropriate directions can be found here.
IMAP Configuration
You will now need to configure Outlook to retrieve your voice messages
Open the Start Menu, search for and then open the Control Panel
In the top right corner of the Control Panel, search for and open Mail
Select E-mail Accounts….
A new window will open with the E-mail tab selected. Click on New…
A new window will open again, select E-mail Account and click on Next
Select Manual setup or additional server types at the bottom and click on Next
Select
POP or IMAP and click on
Next
Use the following configuration settigs:
User Information
Server Information
Logon Information
Click on More Settings… in the bottom right Corner
Click Next, testing happens automatically and cannot be disabled at this point.
Click Close after testing successfully completes
Click Finish on the main window
Open Outlook
New mailbox entry will show on the left column for Callpilot Mailbox
