Xerox Scan to Email

If you do not see the email in your Inbox, please check your Junk Email folder. Right click on email and choose Add to Safe Sender List so future scans will end up in your inbox.

• On the Home screen of the printer, click on the Email app
• Select Add Recipient on the display
• Select the Network Address Book option
• Type in either the first or last name of the recipient
• Select Search
• Highlight the recipient's name and select Add
• Place document in auto feeder or on glass and choose Send

• On the Home screen of the printer, click on the Email app
• Select Add Recipient on the display
• Select Manual Entry if the recipient does not have an Olin account
• Type in the email address you want to send the scan to
• Select Add next to the email address you filled in
• if you want, you may select and change the Subject and Attachment lines
• Place document in auto feeder or on glass and select Send
• you may be prompted to encrypt the scan file

Our email server imposes a 20MB file size limit for emails and attachments.
