Note: you must be connected to the Olin network via wired connection, wireless connection or via VPN connection

1. Open the Start Menu
2. Right click on Computer (right side of the start menu) and select Map Network Drive
3. For the Drive field, select from the available drive letters that are not already in use
4. For the Folder, type in the network address of the folder you want to map to
   • For example:
     • Public
       • \\fsvs01\Public
     • Sandbox
       • \\fsvs01\Sandbox
     • Faculty and Staff User Folder
       • \\fsvs01\Users\FacStaff\yourusername
     • Student User Folder
       • \\fsvs01\Users\Students\yourgraduationyear\yourusername
   • For exchange students, replace yourgraduationyear with Exchange, and for cross-registered students, replace it with CrossReg
5. Check off Reconnect at Logon
6. Click Finish
7. The drive will now open to show you the contents
8. You should now be able to see the drive in Computer with your other drive
