Helpdesk staff will be working remotely beginning March 17th, 2020. All requests for support should be sent directly to and we will respond as soon as we are able. Please include as much information on your issue as possible and a call back number.

Hardware issues will be assessed with helpdesk staff, and if necessary escalated to Dell Warranty remote service . Replacement systems may be accommodated on a case by case basis depending on the severity of the issue. We will continue to update the Working Remotely link below with suggestions and information that we find helpful to the community.

Off hour emergencies such as system outages, or other issues affecting the greater community, should be reported to the IT Help Desk via email or phone.
You can also contact an individual member of the IT Department via email if need be.
