Important Olin Coronavirus Emergency Information

Along with others on campus, Olin IT Helpdesk staff are working remotely beginning March 17, 2020. Please send support requests via emial to helpdesk@olin.edu and we will respond as soon as we are able. Please include as much detail as possible and please include a call back number.

Hardware issues will be assessed with helpdesk staff, and if necessary escalated to Dell Warranty remote service. Replacement systems may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis depending on the severity of the issue. We will continue to update the Working Remotely page with suggestions and information that we find helpful to the community.

Off hour emergencies such as system outages, or other issues affecting the greater community, should be reported to the IT Help Desk via email or phone.
You can also contact an individual member of the IT Department via email if need be.
