Building Access at Olin

Access Changes

All requests for card access changes need to be sent to buildingaccess@olin.edu.

If you require access to an area that you do not currently have access to, please have the party that “owns” or is responsible for the space make the request.

Lost Cards

If you lose your Olin ID card, please contact helpdesk@olin.edu or buildingaccess@olin.edu so that your lost card can be disabled. To receive a replacement card, please visit the IT Help Desk (Campus Center 300) during normal open hours to receive a replacement ID card. For students, a $30 lost ID card fee will be applied to your term bill.

Defective Cards

If your ID card has stopped working on doors or in the dining hall, please visit the IT Help Desk (Campus Center 300) for a replacement. There is no fee to replace an ID card that has stopped working due to normal wear-and-tear.
