If you are in need of any type of hardware repair or replacement on your machine, you will have to contact Dell and they will either send out a technician or ask you to ship your laptop to a service center to diagnose and repair your laptop. Dell may also ship you an end‐user replaceable part(s) if it’s applicable.t a technician to repair your machine or ship end‐user replaceable parts.
