Hardware Support for Off‐Campus Students

For students in the United States
Call Dell support at: 1‐866‐516‐3115
Please have your service tag, located on the bottom of your laptop, ready. This is used to identify your machine so that Dell can provide you with proper service on it.
For students outside of the United States
Go to the following Dell website to locate the service/support number for your specific country/area.
Please have your service tag, located on the bottom of your laptop, ready. This is used to identify your machine so that Dell can provide you with proper service on it. If Dell replaces your hard drive while you are off campus you do have the option of shipping your whole computer to the Olin College IT Help Desk to have all your student software reloaded.
