How to Schedule a Room
- Point your browser to our portal (https://my.olin.edu) and login using your network credentials.
- Choose the Our Community link from top of home page and choose the Ad Astra Access link in the Reserve a space section
- LOGOUT after you have completed your requests
Please be considerate of others using these rooms and allow additional time for clean-up/set-up.
You must notify Public Safety if your event is after business hours (5555)
- If you need access (after hours - keys/alarms), email buildingaccess@olin.edu
- If you need set-up/HVAC (i.e. tables and chairs, heat/ac), email workorder@olin.edu.
- If you need media equipment, email av@olin.edu.
- If you need catering, email catering@olin.edu.
