How to Schedule a Room

  1. Point your browser to our portal (https://my.olin.edu) and login using your network credentials.
  2. Choose the Our Community link from top of home page and choose the Ad Astra Access link in the Reserve a space section
  • LOGOUT after you have completed your requests

Please be considerate of others using these rooms and allow additional time for clean-up/set-up.

:!: You must notify Public Safety if your event is after business hours (5555)

  • If you need access (after hours - keys/alarms), email buildingaccess@olin.edu
  • If you need set-up/HVAC (i.e. tables and chairs, heat/ac), email workorder@olin.edu.
  • If you need media equipment, email av@olin.edu.
  • If you need catering, email catering@olin.edu.
