Olin College has partnered with KnowBe4 (https://www.knowbe4.com/) to provide security awarness training, simulated email phishing testing, and phishing email reporting.

Students and employees will receive periodic simulated phishing emails. When you receive a phishing email, whether you believe it to be simulated or hostile, please report it using the Phishing Alert Button in Outlook. If you click on a simulated phishing email, you will see a helpful reminder message. If you regularly click on simulated phishing emails, you may be enrolled in additional security awarness training modules.

Olin students and employees will receive periodic invitations to complete short online security awarness training modules. These modules are designed to take 4-6 minutes to complete, and will take place every 2-3 months through the academic year. These messages will be identified as:
