Student status change

The Information Technology Department will take the following actions based on notification of student status changes received from the STAR Center:

Withdrawal:

  • All student campus access will be disabled as of departure date
  • Student email and network access will remain for thirty days from date of departure

Be sure to remove all important data from the Olin network prior to discontinue date.

Leave of Absence:

  • All student campus access will be disabled as of departure date
  • Student email and network access will remain for 180 days from date of departure

Be sure to remove all important data from the Olin network prior to discontinue date.

Study Away

  • All student campus access will be disabled as of departure date
  • No changes will be made to email and network accounts

Remember to deactivate your account on Olin EAS when leaving campus. For instructions on how to edit and deactivate your account, please consult the home page of the Olin portal https://my.olin.edu/ics
